For clinicians — common questions

Does it cost me anything?
No. Clinicians join free — and because there’s no agency in the middle, more of the employer’s rate reaches you.
How many shifts can I hold interest in?
Up to three open shifts at a time. If one is allocated to someone else, you’re free to register interest in another.
Can I take part of a long booking?
Yes. For a block, you can take the whole thing or only the days that work for you.
What if I’m unwell and can’t make a confirmed shift?
Confirmed shifts can only be cancelled in genuine emergencies or sickness, and you let the employer know — they cancel from their side so the slot can be re-offered.
